About The Event
On this 5-day/4-night trek, we'll camp at three stunning alpine lakes. Each day, we'll wake up early and enjoy a warm, energizing breakfast. After we pack up our tents and gear, we'll warm our bodies with some Yoga flow. We'll hike to the next camp, about 3-5 miles of moderate to difficult hiking. Once at camp, we'll set up tents and enjoy some free time to explore more or rest. We'll eat a nourishing dinner together and stretch our bodies with more restorative movement. In the evening, we'll have an opportunity to reflect and do some journaling.
Sleeping bags, sleeping pads, tents (2-person), utensil & bowl, all trail food, transportation from Fort Collins, travel yoga mats, a small journal & pen.
Group Gear Provided:
Kitchen equipment, water filtration, first aid, GPS communication device
Backpack (45L recommended), headlamp, personal clothing/footwear/raingear, toiletries.
