What to Expect:
2:00 p.m. Meet @ Trailhead
We'll start with introductions and set intentions.
I'll lead an energizing breathing technique and then a dynamic warm-up, using mini-bands (I'll have a bunch, but bring them if you have some).
We'll hike to a designated turn-around, stop and admire the view.
Upon descending, I encourage taking silence in a reflective hike back to the trailhead parking lot.
We'll have an opportunity to share during a cool-down stretch.
Adults only, please. This hike is intended for fitness- the pace will be quick and breaks will be limited.
Dogs are NOT allowed in this Natural Area.
